A 38 peg water, 5 acres in size with depths from 3 to 9 feet. It was designed for the Novice Specialist angler in mind. Heavily stocked with Barbel, Bream, Carp, Chub, Perch, Roach & Tench, it makes for great sport all year round. The fish range in size from small to a good 31¼lb + specimen. There is good access to all areas of the lake with area available for small tents and bivvies next to the pegs. There are a few additional rules for this lake. 1) All groundbait, pellets, hemp & boilies must be purchased from the fishery. 2) Barbless hooks only. 3) Keepnets at managements discretion.

A 3-acre lake with average depths of between 3ft - 10ft. Primarily designed for the novice angler with 32 pegs offers good fishing all year. It is stocked with Barbel, Bream, Carp, Chub, Dace, Perch, Roach, Rudd, & Tench with size ranging from small to a 29¾lb + specimen.
Good access available to all areas of the lake with area available for small tents and bivvies next to the pegs. There are pegs available with prior notice for disabled anglers.
There are a few additional rules for this lake. 1) All groundbait, pellets & hemp must be purchased from the fishery. 2) No Boilies. 3) Barbless hooks only. 4) Keepnets at managements discretion. |

A 5-acre lake with 36 pegs and an average depth of between 3ft - 11ft. Designed for the Matchman or the Specialist angler. The fish range in size from small to a good 30¾lb + specimen. Including Barbel, Bream, Carp, Chub, Perch, Roach & Tench. There are a few additional rules for this lake. 1) All groundbait, pellets, hemp & boilies must be purchased from the fishery. 2) Barbless hooks only. 3) Keepnets at managements discretion. 4) A 2 keepnet policy is in force.

A specialist anglers water, 4 acres in size with 34 pegs and average depths of 3 to 10 feet. Predominantly a Carp lake with sizes ranging from 8lb to 35¾lb.

| BREWSTERS :

A 26 Peg Imitation Canal is wider than Suez Canal at approximately 14mtr with an average depth of 5ft. Fishing is very similar to Suez Canal, with large bags being caught during the summer months on the pole, and with the winter months being very productive especially down the edge and in the track. There are a few additional rules for this lake. 1) All groundbait, pellets, hemp & boilies must be purchased from the fishery. 2) Barbless hooks only. 3) Keepnets at managements discretion.

| SUEZ :

This 12mtr wide Imitation Canal is split in to 3 Sections with 26 Pegs, 16 Pegs & 25 Pegs. The average depth is 6ft, Suez Canal is a special designed Match Water for Pole Anglers. Huge bags are caught during the summer months, but winter fishing can be very productive especially down the edge and the middle. Species include Barbel, Skimmer Bream, Carp, Chub, Roach & Tench. There are a few additional rules for this lake. 1) All groundbait, pellets, hemp & boilies must be purchased from the fishery. 2) Barbless hooks only. 3) Keepnets at managements discretion.

| NEW POOLS :

These six designer Match Pools were constructed with fairness in mind, and now in to there third year and proving to be just that. There is 200 Identical Pegs and all the pools have the same very high fish stocks. All methods work but Pole Fishing takes some beating in the Summer Months, while Tip and Waggler are best during the Winter.
Over 4,000lb of Quality Roach & Skimmer Bream from 6oz to 4lb have being slowly introduced, with the additional introduction of over 1,000 F1 Carp from 1lb to 4lb up to late February. There are a few additional rules for this lake. 1) All groundbait, pellets, hemp & boilies must be purchased from the fishery. 2) Barbless hooks only. 3) Keepnets at managements discretion. 4) A 2 keepnet policy is in force. 5) No throwing unwanted bait into canal or on the bank
